Shipping & Delivery
All Canadian orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance using Canada Post. Items are insured for the total purchase price.
We are more than happy to use another shipping method when requested.
For US and international orders you will be responsible for all taxes and customs charges.
We want you to be happy – but please remember that we are a small operation, so the following rules will be applied.
To return or exchange goods you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and once authorized, must ship the items back to us within 10 days. Anything postmarked after 10 days will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
Customers assume all responsibility of costs associated with returning items, all returns must be fully insured. We can not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages.
All returns must be received in original condition.
Returned goods may be exchanged for another item equal to the amount of the original purchased product. Refunds are not offered at this time, except in the case of damaged or defective goods. Sale or discounted merchandise are final sale.
